🪶 Are you ready to answer your life calling?

There is something that binds us in this journey of life. Something that we all share. A search for love and connection. A life with meaning and purpose. Caring for each other. A life in balance.

There is a collective mind of society, as we know it, and this mind is out of balance due to fear, confusion, guilt, anger. A traumatized mind and body. During our lives, as men, we have encountered and experienced different situations with people, family, friends and relationships. These experiences shaped our consciousness to think and act in a specific way. Some of these experiences are rooted in trauma based on a belief system fueled by society, creating a false identity of our true self, separating the body, heart and mind.

The warrior is looking for real purpose and meaning in life, in touch with the sacred of his heart.

Today this collective mind is now eating itself. Like the ouroboros, eating its own tail. These are the times of prophecy as many indigenous and esoteric traditions have revealed. A shift of a paradigm. This journey we are experiencing is a process of dying and rebirth, where lies and truths are revealed. It is an awakening journey to find our true self, find higher purpose and deep meaning as an individual and men.

Men/warriors pass through different stages and trials in their lives to grow spiritually, mentally and physically.

A warrior facing his own fears, shadows and monsters to transcend the self. A real hero’s journey.

This is a 7-week program into the journey of The Sacred Heart of the Warrior (TSHW). We will dive into the different stages, challenges, trials and teachings the warrior goes through on his path. Based on Joseph Campbell’s “The Hero’s Journey”, a mythological frame work of human spiritual development, we will explore the 12 different stages of the hero during this program and how they are linked in our lives and how to apply them in our personal spiritual journey.

The purpose of this program is to offer you tools and support to deepen your transformation as a man and strengthen your connection with your body, heart, intuition, spirit and soul, so you will be better-resourced to walk the mystery of life with less fear and more confidence in yourself.

TSHW program offers participants access to a small and intimate group practice space, who will meet weekly for learning, sharing insights, challenges, inquiry, inspiration, support, healing and growth. A place to share our truth and personal process in a safe container.

In addition, all group participants will have private one on one private sessions, and access to a private chat group where we can keep the conversation going, share, and support one another throughout the 7 weeks.

TSHW program isn’t necessarily about goal achievement as much as it is about committing to a process and learning from what emerges in the journey.

Too often, we disengage with our real power and purpose in life. The confused collective mind of society has influenced and boxed in our lives in many levels. If you are reading this you might have already questioned and explored some of these topics or have lived certain transcendental experiences.

Week 1: Ceremony – The Ordinary World

We see the hero’s normal life at the start of the story before the adventure begins. This session explores the faces of the collective mind, the matrix of society and how it has affected or influenced our lives.

Week 2: Ceremony – Call to Adventure & Refusal of the Call

The hero is faced with an event, conflict, problem, or challenge that makes him begin his adventure. The hero initially refuses the adventure because of hesitation, fears, insecurity, or any other number of issues. During this session we explore those mystical calls, the challenges or conflicts we experience in order to transcend fears and a false self.

Week 3: Ceremony – Meeting the Mentor

The hero encounters a mentor that can give him advice, wisdom, information, or items that prepare him for the journey ahead. In this session we explore the different guides, visionary plant and psychedelic experiences, books, authors and extra sensorial experiences we have found in the journey.

Week 4: Ceremony – Crossing the Threshold & Tests, Allies, and Enemies

The hero leaves their ordinary world for the first time and crosses the threshold into adventure. The hero learns the rules of the new world and endures tests, meets friends, and comes face-to-face with enemies. In this session we will discuss our experience of crossing the mysterious threshold into the unknown.

Week 5: Ceremony – The Approach & The Ordeal

The initial plan to take on the central conflict begins, but setbacks occur that cause the hero to try a new approach or adopt new ideas. Things go wrong and added conflict is introduced. The hero experiences more difficult hurdles and obstacles, some of which may lead to a life crisis. This session will explore our relation with our plans and conflicts.

Week 6: Ceremony – The Reward & The Road Back

After surviving The Ordeal, the hero seizes the sword. A reward that he has earned that allows him to take on the biggest conflict. It may be a physical item or piece of knowledge or wisdom that will help him persevere. The hero sees the light at the end of the tunnel, but he is about to face even more tests and challenges. During this session we will explore those gifts, realizations, wisdom, new knowledge you have received, which can help you persevere in your journey.

Week 7: Ceremony – The Resurrection & The Return

The climax. The hero faces a final test, using everything he has learned to take on the conflict once and for all. The hero brings his knowledge, or the “elixir”, back to the ordinary world. In this last stage we will explore the final tests you have faced or might face using all that you have learned to transcend yourself, and finally coming back to life, to the ordinary world, bringing the nectar or elixir of sacred knowledge and wisdom.

logo de cierreABOUT FRED:

My awakening journey began in 1998 through my experience with a visionary plant of Peru. After 10 years of training in the Amazon and Andes, I started to facilitate the healing power of visionary plants in a ceremonial setting. Throughout these years I learned the use of ancient musical instruments of Peru for healing purposes in group and private sessions as Music Medicine. Today combining my years of experiences and studies in psychology, shamanism, spirituality, psychotherapy (Compassionate Inquiry) and conscious parenting, I merged them in the creation of  The Sacred Heart of  the Warrior Program.
